• Utilizing the advantages of the RF mount's large diameter and short back focus, a large lens element is placed at the rear (camera side) of the lens group, achieving both high image quality from the center to the periphery and a compact, lightweight design.
• Adoption of high refractive index and low dispersion optical materials reduces various aberrations that cause image degradation. The use of a 3-element cemented lens, which reduces the number of air-to-glass surfaces, and optimized coating suppress ghosting.
• Dustproof and moisture-resistant construction is adopted for the mount and operating parts.
• High durability and resistance to vibration and shock are achieved, considering the attachment of heavy super-telephoto lenses.
• Heat-shielding paint is used to suppress lens temperature rise by reflecting infrared rays contained in sunlight.
