Product Features

• 35mm full-frame back-illuminated CMOS sensor with 24 million total pixels, and multi-shot mode enabling shooting at 48 million and 96 million pixel equivalents.
• The autofocus system features the latest generation phase-detection AF (PDAF), depth map (object recognition AF), and contrast-detection AF, merging the benefits of these three detection methods within a robust full-metal body with dust and moisture resistance equivalent to IP54.
• Continuous shooting at up to 30 frames per second is possible while fully utilizing the autofocus functions.
• Dynamic range is up to 15 stops, and the ISO sensitivity setting range is extremely wide from ISO 50 to ISO 200000, achieving high-quality photos and videos in various situations.
• For the first time in the SL system, it features a Content Credential function based on the framework promoted by the Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI). Information attached to images can be verified with freely available tools.
• Regarding video recording functions, video can be recorded at up to 6K / 3:2 open gate. Open gate offers flexibility for utilizing recorded videos in a wide range of applications, ensuring high flexibility to accommodate various scenes and purposes.
• Professional-level work is possible for synchronizing video and audio through a dedicated timecode interface. The image processing engine uses "LEICA MAESTRO IV" which is "L2 Technology".
