In addition to high image quality achieved through an apochromat design that brings axial chromatic aberration close to zero, compactness is realized through a simple structure that extends the entire lens and a modified Sonnar-type lens configuration that utilizes an air lens.
• Along with excellent portability, vignetting in the shooting frame when using an optical rangefinder is reduced. Furthermore, a 12-blade aperture is adopted to bring the aperture opening closer to a circle. The synergistic effect of the long focal length and the F2 large aperture enables photographic expression that "significantly blurs the background."
• Designed for use with rangefinder-coupled digital and film cameras. Equipped with a highly accurate rangefinder coupling mechanism, it offers a silky smooth operating feel with a full-metal helicoid ring and allows you to savor the true pleasure of focusing using a traditional optical rangefinder.
• The minimum focusing distance coupled with the rangefinder is 0.9m (varies depending on the camera it is mounted on).
• Can also be mounted on digital cameras with Sony E-mount, Fujifilm X-mount, and Nikon Z-mount via the company's mount adapter.
