Product Features

• Equipped with the newly developed "GR LENS 18.3mm F2.8", achieving both high performance and a slim design. By optimally arranging high-refraction, low-dispersion glass and high-precision glass-molded aspherical lenses, distortion and chromatic aberration are suppressed to near-zero levels, realizing sharpness superior to previous GR lenses.
• Enjoy high-contrast, high-resolution images in various subjects and shooting conditions with macro photography at a minimum distance of 6cm and a built-in ND filter equivalent to 2 stops of exposure compensation.
• Features an APS-C size CMOS image sensor without a low-pass filter, prioritizing resolution, and a newly developed image processing engine "GR ENGINE 6".
• Equipped with a unique accelerator unit that optimizes image data from the sensor, achieving excellent high-sensitivity performance with a maximum ISO sensitivity of 102400.
• AF system employs a hybrid method combining contrast AF, which excels in focusing accuracy, and on-sensor phase-detection AF for high-speed focusing.
• The unique SR (Shake Reduction) mechanism built into the camera body effectively corrects camera shake during shooting.
• Adopts the unique "Low-pass Selector" function, which provides moiré reduction effects similar to an optical low-pass filter.
• Features a high-definition 3.0-inch LCD monitor with approximately 1.037 million dots. Supports touch panel operation, a first for the GR series.
• Equipped with wireless LAN functionality for seamless wireless connection with smartphones and tablets.
